FAQ

All donations to InterAct Ministries and InterAct Ministries of Canada are tax-deductible extent allowable by law. InterAct Ministries is a registered charitable 501(c)(3) organization with the IRS in the United States. InterAct Ministries of Canada is registered as a charity with the Canada Revenue Agency.

United States Donations

Banks and credit card companies charge InterAct a per transaction fee, effectively reducing your gift to the intended missionary or project. If you would like to give an extra amount to cover that charge, we suggest adding 1-3% to your gift.

Canada Donations

Our online giving service charges a 2.89% transaction fee for all automatic monthly donations and one-time gifts. This fee will be subtracted from your gift amount and the remainder applied to your designated missionary or project.

Every donation generates an receipt. If you give online you will receive your receipt by email. If you give by mail you will receive a receipt by mail or email based on your choice. Recurring donors who give by mail can determine how often they receive a receipt. All donors receive a year-end giving statement for tax purposes.

Appreciated securities are stocks or bonds that have been held for a year or more and have gained value over time since their initial purchase. They help keep us accountable with the resources God provides. Gifts to InterAct Ministries Inc. and InterAct Ministries of Canada are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Each restricted contribution designated towards a Board of Directors approved program or project will be used as designated, with the understanding that when the need for such a program or project has been met, or cannot be completed for any reason determined by the board, the remaining restricted contributions designated for such program or project will be used where most needed.
