David and Vicky both grew up as children of missionaries in Asia. They met in Mongolia when they were twelve and were married nine years later in 2013. They have two children - Ellery (2015), and Micaiah (2017). Since moving to the U.S., both David and Vicky deeply felt the need for the transforming power of Jesus in Native American/First Nations communities. As a first step in this direction, Vicky spent the summer of 2012 in Eden Valley, AB for InterAct’s EnGage! Internship. After they were married, they went back to Eden Valley as a family for EnGage! 2017. These times confirmed the Lord’s leading and direction. They are currently raising support to move to Calgary as part of the Urban Fire team to live in whole-life discipleship with First Nations young adults.
